Terms of Sale:
Secure credit card orders are possible using the TomFolio.com online shopping cart. Just click on the "Add to Cart" next to each title wanted. If ordering direct, we accept Checks and Money Orders in US dollars. Books shipped on receipt of payment. Returnable if not as described, within 15 days. Libraries may be billed. Colorado residents add 3% sales tax. Shipping in the US: $3.75 media mail & $5.75 priority up to 4 lbs. Shipments to Canada and Mexico: $10.00 for flat envelope 9 1/2 by 12 1/2 up to 4 pounds. International Priority Mail: $14.00 for flat envelope 9 1/2 " X 12" up to 4 lbs. Economy no longer available on International Shipments. International postal shipments that do not use Priority Mail and do not meet the above size and weight limits will be checked with USPS. Extra Postal charges will be quoted before order is processed.
